Job Description

Must haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management degree and 5 years of Experience OR 10 years of Construction Quality Management experience with HS Diploma
• Experience in the Federal Construction space (EM385)
• Experience with submittal reviews, commissioning and MEP acceptance, and document reviews
• Ability to manage a punch list process, rework and testing and inspections.
• Experience managing large construction projects ($20 million projects)

Pluses:

• Comfortable working in the field and in an office setting

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Triple Hat (Quality Control/Quality Analysis/Safety) to support a client around Pensacola, Florida. This role would support construction projects around $20 million. The Triple Hat (Quality Control/Quality Analysis/Safety) should be comfortable working 50/50 both the field and office setting. This is a dynamic and critical role responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of Federal construction projects; ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting regulatory requirements and client expectations.

• Establish and maintain quality control procedures and standards for the project.
• Inspect and review projects; monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications
• Perform tests to detect discrepancies and ensure quality
• Investigate Issues: Troubleshoot any reported issues with the quality of work and materials
• Oversee the training and management of quality control personnel
• Ensure proper documentation of all quality control efforts and maintain project records
