Safety Coordinator

Location: Mineral, VA

Project Duration: 3-year project on a multi-building data center campus

Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM (typical workday)

Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Safety Coordinators to join a major data center campus project. In this role, you will ensure compliance with company, state, and federal OSHA regulations, maintain safety documentation, and proactively identify and correct hazards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety inspections and document findings.
• Report concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain site safety documentation (accident reports, inspection logs, training records).
• Review daily job hazard logs and act as required.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a safety professional in the construction industry.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Proficiency in health and safety management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 500 certification.
• CHST certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience on mission-critical facilities as a safety professional.
