  • Support employee engagement and professional development initiatives to strengthen team performance.
  • Assist in job tracking, estimates, and other technical processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or operations management—preferably within the restoration, construction, or insurance industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic growth initiatives with operational execution.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening per partner carrier requirements.
