As a Technical Recruiter , you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading organizations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both recruiting and sales, supported by industry experts and a culture that values growth, collaboration, and results.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with sales teams to deliver innovative staffing solutions.
  • Develop strategies to source and engage top IT and Engineering talent.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client needs.
  • Negotiate offers and manage consultant relationships throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify key accounts and market trends.
