Technical Product Manager - Aggregation

2 days per week in office in San Mateo

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager for Aggregation to manage relationships with data aggregators (Intuit, Plaid, Finicity) and ensure seamless banking data integration. This role offers significant impact opportunities with several new products in development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Management : Lead relationships with data aggregators, manage contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews while staying current on Open Banking trends and regulations
• Cross-Team Coordination : Drive integration initiatives across engineering, product, customer care, and compliance teams; optimize API performance and data reconciliation processes
• Performance Monitoring : Define aggregation KPIs, implement monitoring systems, and ensure real-time alerting for data disruptions
• Continuous Improvement : Analyze customer feedback and usage data to enhance bank connectivity and transaction reconciliation experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years Technical Product/Program Management experience in fintech or financial data aggregation
• Strong background in API integrations, data aggregation, and financial data standards (FDX, Open Banking, OAuth)
• Experience with major data aggregators (Intuit, Plaid, Finicity, MX, Yodlee)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and implement KPI-driven monitoring systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
