We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** + Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality + Read and follow documented processes + Check on equipment throughout the shift to ensure equipment is working properly + Loads and unloads deliveries to and from regional branches + Operate computer to enter necessary documentation + Able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment + Contributes to division results and performance + Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations + Operate equipment specific to area such as:CARBON: Bag products, samples and test: Manage spent carbon feed to reactivation furnace: Switch tank feed from tank to tank of spent carbon: calibrate PH probes, operate a filter press, run facility wastewater treatment plant REGEN: Sort bottles by size and resin: Operate forklift to move bottles and materials through plant and on/off trucks: evacuates bottles, generating resin batches: fills and quality tests SDI products (process SDI product beginning to end). **Position Requirements** : + High School Diploma or equivalent + Minimum two years of experience in an industrial setting + Knowledge of chemicals used in specific process + Must complete site specific safety training and operator training + Ability to communicate clearly to team members + Familiarity with MS Office suites + Preferred: some manufacturing/plant experience + Preferred: forklift driving + Site specific requirements:CARBON: Be able to complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
