  • Extensive experience with FPGA development tools (e.g., Microchip Libero, Xilinx Vivado, Altera Quartus, ModelSim, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of aerospace system design, including embedded control systems and communication protocols (e.g., MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, SpaceWire)

  • Experience with FPGA-based system integration in safety-critical environments (e.g., DO-254, DO-178)

  • Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) techniques and high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet)

  • Expertise in debugging, simulation, and verification of FPGA designs

  • Strong knowledge of embedded system architectures and microcontrollers

  • Proven track record of developing high-reliability systems for aerospace, defense, or similar industries

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on previous experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and internal equity.
