Partner's Commercial Roofing is hiring a full-time commercial roofing project estimator. We are a family-owned 30+ year old commercial roofing company , performing maintenance and re-roofs in Texas and surrounding states. Think large shopping centers, warehouses, etc. We do not perform residential roofing work. Our office is located in Friendswood, TX, thirty minutes south of downtown Houston.

Position requirements:

• This position will provide estimating support in our Scopes, Additions, and New Construction department.
• 1-2 years estimating experience minimum and/or exposure to the commercial construction industry required.
• Basic software skills should include: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or similar estimating take off software and Adobe Acrobat.
• Candidate should be able to read construction plans, understand construction specifications, be able to navigate multi-page spreadsheets (especially those used for estimating/budgets), be able to quickly learn to use existing cost-control/data-collection software.
• Candidate should be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and be capable of staying on task with limited supervision.
• Candidate should be comfortable working as part of team with limited face-to-face time with their team, as this position will be a hybrid position. In person and Microsoft Teams meeting training will be provided initially to ensure candidate is ready to work remotely. Friendswood office work stations are available M-F.
• Candidate will be expected to live in the Greater Houston area.

This is a salaried position with medical and dental + vision, and 401K. Company cellphone provided. Partner's also provides yearly performance bonuses based on individual employee and company-wide performance.
