Do you have strong customer service skills and are bilingual in English and French? If so we are seeking a Customer Service/Product Support Representative in Peoria Arizona. This temp-to-perm position is a great career growth opportunity for either entry level or recent graduates with training provided.

Starting Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (Sunday work-from-home day).
• Training: Onsite for a minimum of 1 month, dependent on individual progress and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and ensure product satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry in our systems.
• Collaborate with sales and client services teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and analyze customer data for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with customers to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
