What is Migo?
Migo is a new kind of experience marketplace where users can request custom experiences, review offers from local hosts/guides/drivers, and book activities ranging from private art tours and wine tastings to private drivers. Our mission is to connect travelers and locals with passionate, knowledgeable people who can turn their insight, creativity, and hospitality into memorable experiences.
Migo allows users to request a private and personalized experience from drivers and tour guides. For example, a mom from Connecticut wants to hire a private driver for 6 hours on a Friday - she has never driven in NYC and doesn't feel comfortable driving around NYC with the kids: She will need an SUV with a child seat for her 3 year old + will have a 9 and 11 year old. They will need to be picked up from Grand Central and dropped off at The Natural History Museum. Then they will need to be driven down to Greenwich Village for lunch. After lunch they'll visit the grandparents at their hotel on the Upper East Side. She won't have time to get her favorite chocolate chip cookie from Levain, so she'll need you to drive over to Levain and grab 4 cookies and then pick them up and back to Grand Central.
Role Description
The Private Driver will be responsible for transporting clients to various destinations safely and punctually, maintaining a clean and well-functioning vehicle, and providing excellent customer service.
The driver will manage their own schedule based on bookings and ensure that clients have a comfortable and pleasant experience.
