Calendar and Correspondence: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings (internal and external), and handle sensitive correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Owners.
Travel and Logistics: Coordinate business travel arrangements, manage expense reports, and reconcile financial documentation for the executive team.
Confidentiality: Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling confidential business documents, personnel files, and communications with the utmost discretion.
Project Liaison: Act as a central communication point between the Owners and department heads (Sales, Production, Installation) on priority projects.
