Akkodis is seeking Program Manager for a 12 Months Contract at Raleigh, NC - Onsite

Rate Range: $65.00 - $70.00 P/HR; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Title: Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong Google Cloud (GCP) migration experience to lead a large-scale enterprise cloud transformation program. This role will manage multiple workstreams and coordinate between AAP, the System Integration partner, and Google Cloud, while keeping leadership fully informed on progress, risks, and outcomes.

You will own end-to-end program governance, delivery, stakeholder management, and execution of the GCP migration initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a complex, multi-workstream GCP migration program
• Act as the central point of coordination between AAP, SI partner, and Google
• Own program governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, and dependencies across projects
• Drive change management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation
• Maintain program roadmap, milestones, and delivery tracking
• Ensure alignment to business strategy and continuous value delivery
• Guide project managers and workstream leads to meet goals and timelines
• Oversee program execution, quality, and compliance with internal policies
• Provide regular, accurate executive-level status reports and presentations

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience leading Google Cloud (GCP) migration programs
• 10–18 years of experience in IT Program / Project Management
• Experience managing large, cross-functional, enterprise programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Expertise in program governance, reporting, budgeting, and delivery tracking
• Certified in PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Scrum / Lean Six Sigma
• Hands-on experience with project management tools

Good to Have

• Experience with MS Project, ServiceNow ITBM, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence
• Strong understanding of Agile / Lean / SAFe methodologies
• MBA preferred (Graduation required)
• Experience working with System Integrators and Cloud vendors
