The Role: More Than an Engineer, a Co-Builder  

This isn't just another senior engineering role. This is a rare opportunity to join as a foundational member of our technical team, with an impact equivalent to that of a technical co-founder. You will be the gravitational center for our technology, shaping our product, our culture, and our future from day one. 

You'll be our hands-on expert, writing the critical code that brings our vision to life. You'll be our architect, making the foundational decisions about our multi-cloud infrastructure and AI strategy. And you'll be our leader, helping to build our engineering culture from the ground up and mentoring the first generation of engineers who join our mission. 

What You'll Build (Your Impact)  

• Architect Our Foundation from Scratch: You will design and implement our core infrastructure across a multi-cloud environment ( AWS, Azure, and GCP ). These are not legacy systems; you are setting the cornerstone for everything that follows. 
• Build the Core Product: You will spend the majority of your time hands-on, writing clean, scalable, and beautiful code that forms the heart of our platform. Your code will be the product. 
• Weave Intelligence into Our DNA: You will be instrumental in integrating AI and machine learning into our product from the very beginning. You’ll work to build the data pipelines, deploy the models, and create the intelligent features that will set us apart. 
• Define Our Technical Culture: You won’t just join a culture; you’ll help create it. You will establish the engineering best practices, the standards for quality, and the collaborative, innovative spirit that will define us. 
• Help Build Your Team: You will be a key voice in recruiting, interviewing, and mentoring the next brilliant engineers who join us on this journey.

• 5+ years of experience, but your impact and mindset matter more than your years. 
• Demonstrated mastery of building and scaling systems on at least one major cloud platform ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ), with hands-on experience across all three. 
• Proven experience building systems that support or integrate with AI/ML workloads . 
• A history of leading complex technical projects and a passion for mentoring others. 
• You are a master of your chosen tools (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#) but are always excited to pick up new ones.
