The Virginia office of an elite family law firm seeks a Junior Associate for its rapidly growing, nationally-recognized family law practice group. This firm specializes in divorce, child custody and support, and wealth management. In addition, the firm counsels high net-worth individuals and their businesses.
Candidates must have (1) three years of family law experience in Virginia, (2) strong drafting and organizational skills, assist in case strategy development and (3) complex civil litigation, including handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing complex cases involving high net worth individuals and complex financial backgrounds. The candidate must be (4) admitted in Virginia. A judicial clerkship is helpful, but not required.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $135,000 and a maximum of $175,000 base salary.
