Location: Downtown Austin
Experience: 3–10 years (Senior candidates with a book of business may be considered for Counsel)
Compensation: $160,000–$185,000 base + quarterly billable bonus
Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours annually
Schedule: Hybrid (2–3 days in office; flexible)
