Our Luxury Retail Client is seeking a Jewelry Sales Specialist to join a growing sales team in Mount Laurel, NJ. Full-time and Part-time positions available. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Location:

• Mt. Laurel, NJ

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $18-$25/hour
• Commission: 2% of all personal sales

Hours:

• Full-Time: ~40 hours/week
• Part-Time: ~20 hours/week
• Weekend availability required

Start Date: End of August 2025

• Handle transactions, special orders, and customer inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fine jewelry and ability to educate customers.
• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
