Job type

  • Part-time, on-site

Schedule

  • Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch
  • 16-hours per week
  • Filling in on other days as necessary when others are out on PTO or vacation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and visitors as they enter the building
  • Assisting patients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Helping patients and visitors find medical offices and restrooms
  • Responsible for assiting in transporting patients in wheelchairs to and from appointments within the building
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday and Tuesday. Filling in on other days as necessary when others are out on PTO or vacation

  • Ability to interact professionally
  • Ability to be personable, outgoing, and engaging
  • Ability to interact with others in healthy and positive ways
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and working dynamics
  • Ability to deal with conflict, differing ideas and other dynamics in a professional way
  • Ability to work in a safe manner without direct supervision
  • Ability to ask for clarification or assistance when needed
  • Ability to push persons of varying weights in a wheelchair (up to 300 pounds)

 

Requirements

General Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and credit check
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
  • A job for which all ages over the age of 18 are encouraged to apply
  • Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
