What You’ll Do:

• Support clients with daily living skills through exercises and education under the guidance of a licensed OT
  
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure continuity between visits
  
• Deliver personalized care that empowers individuals to live more safely and independently at home
  
• Maintain thorough documentation in an electronic charting system
  

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
• Passion for client-focused rehabilitation and working directly in the home
