Payrate: up to $75,000/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

Job Description
This resource will adjust HVAC controls and security door schedules to maintain facility comfort and safety. They coordinate maintenance personnel and equipment repairs, including sourcing necessary parts, while documenting all equipment history to support timely replacement decisions. Regular communication with staff and physicians ensures transparency around repair timelines and associated costs. The resource verifies life safety inspections, maintains related records, and organizes emergency contacts and procedures for fire, burglar, panic, and security systems. They also assist the director with renovation and new construction projects as needed.
