Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Operate cherry pickers, boom lifts, and aerial work platforms safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operation inspections of equipment and report mechanical issues.
• Position and stabilize equipment on various surfaces and job sites.
• Lift personnel, tools, and materials to elevated work areas.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings, including power lines, structures, and personnel.
• Communicate clearly with ground crew and supervisors.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
• Secure equipment properly after use.
• Assist with general labor tasks when not operating the lift (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating cherry pickers or aerial lift equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to work at heights without fear.
• Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
