LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a healthcare client to fill an Executive Director position for a senior care/memory care facility. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of leadership experience and must have memory care experience.

The position is onsite Monday thru Friday.

Annual compensation will range from $130-$160K plus:

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage all day-to-day aspects of the senior community, including services, activities, and facility maintenance.
• Staff Management: Hire, supervise, support, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budget, manage financial performance, and ensure fiscal responsibility to maintain the community's financial health.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing senior living facilities.
• Resident and Family Relations: Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the care and services provided.
• Strategic Planning: Work with the board of directors to develop and implement strategic plans that support the organization's mission and long-term goals.
• Community Engagement: Act as the primary public face of the community, engaging with donors, government institutions, professional organizations, and the wider public.
