Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage social media, reputation management, and digital profile optimization for our clients. This role blends strategy and execution, meaning you’ll develop ideas and implement them, ensuring consistency and performance across digital channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media marketing, digital branding, and client communication, with experience in profile optimization, content creation, and engagement strategies. You will be responsible for managing social media programs, Google Business Profiles, BirdEye reputation management, and occasional blog content while working closely with our Project Managers and internal marketing team.

This position is  preferred in-office (Meadville, PA) , with hybrid work options available. Remote work is not available, and applicants must be PA residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Digital Presence Management (Primary Role)
• Set up, optimize, and maintain social media profiles for clients (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage ongoing social media posting programs, creating engaging content, and maintaining brand voice.
• Create custom graphics for posts using Canva.
• Perform Google Business Profile optimization and updates for clients.
• Monitor and adjust social media performance, making data-driven improvements.
• Reputation Management & Client Engagement (Primary Role)
• Manage BirdEye reputation management services, assisting clients in maintaining strong online reviews
• Respond to social media engagement (comments, messages, reviews) where needed.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve brand reputation and visibility.
• Maintain direct client communication regarding their digital marketing efforts.
• Advertising & Growth Initiatives (Secondary Role)
• Assist in setting up and managing social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Provide basic SEO optimization for digital profiles and content.
• Support the growth of social media and reputation management services.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong social media marketing expertise (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Google Business Profiles).
• Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
• Experience in client-facing communication and account management.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles (for optimizing profiles and digital content).
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and engagement trends.
• Strong writing and content development skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus, but Not Required)

• Experience with BirdEye or similar reputation management tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (for future ad service expansion).
• Knowledge of Monday.com, ScribeHow, or similar project management/documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of WordPress for blogging/content updates.
• Experience with Flaticon, Getty Images, or other digital asset tools.
