Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation, from pre-suit analysis through trial

• Draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents with strategic precision

• Handle written and document discovery, including e-discovery

• Prepare and examine witnesses for deposition and trial

• Represent clients at hearings, argue motions, and participate in settlement conferences

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and execution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or business litigation

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active member in good standing of the New York Bar

• Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and federal forums

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to work independently while also contributing in team-based settings
