Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits/Human Resources Generalist. The role is located in North Easton, MA, with some work from home acceptable. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, administering benefits, and overseeing various HR management tasks. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Benefits, Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies
  • Skills in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Experience in M&A; Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Experience with ADP, BCBS benefits and NetSuite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong Microsoft skills, spreadsheets, excel & compensation skills
  • Spanish and or Portuguese language skills a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the pool services or backyard leisure industry is a plus
  • Prefer experience with ADP, BCBS and generalist activities
