Recruiting Coordinator

Investment Firm | Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Our client, a highly respected Boston-based investment firm, is looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join their talent acquisition team. This is a visible, fast-moving role at a firm where hiring matters, details matter, and great candidate experience is a real priority.

What You’ll Do

  • Own interview scheduling and logistics across busy calendars
  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a white-glove experience
  • Keep the ATS clean, accurate, and up to date
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR
  • Support offers, onboarding coordination, and special recruiting initiatives

What They’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (required)
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-driven
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment

Comp & Perks
