Position Overview:

As a Barista, Cashier, and Expediter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a top-tier experience for every guest that walks through our doors. This role combines the artistry of crafting specialty coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently in our busy, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting high-quality coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, etc.) with a focus on consistency and creativity
• Taking customer orders, managing transactions, and handling cash register duties with accuracy
• Expedite food orders to ensure quick and correct delivery to guests
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station, adhering to hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ensuring to-go orders are properly packaged and accurately processed
• Creating a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for customers
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Other miscellaneous restaurant duties as required

Qualifications:

• 1 year of hospitality or barista experience preferred
• Passion for coffee and food service, with a genuine interest in creating meaningful connections with customers
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work afternoons, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Strong interest in bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish
