Wholesale Manager - Amazon FBA Management - LA

Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90291, United States

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $120K

Role Overview

We are seeking an expert Wholesale Manager to lead our wholesale channel end-to-end for a fast-growing, consumer-loved women's activewear brand based in LA. This rare opportunity involves building the program framework, pricing models, and operational processes, as well as cultivating and managing retail partnerships. The ideal candidate excels in cultivating relationships, opening new accounts, and managing our Amazon FBA operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Program Development: Build wholesale strategy and roadmap aligned with brand and business goals. Define program structures, pricing, order minimums, margins, and distribution guidelines.
  • Business Development & Partnerships: Expertly cultivate relationships and open new retail accounts, from specialty boutiques to major retailers. Own relationship management from initial outreach to ongoing growth. Negotiate terms, contracts, and promotional opportunities to maximize profitability and brand alignment.
  • Amazon FBA Management: Oversee and optimize operations related to Amazon FBA to ensure alignment with wholesale strategies and maximize sales opportunities on this critical platform.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management. Manage wholesale order processes and communication. Develop reporting tools to track sales, profitability, and partner performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, marketing, and product teams to align wholesale initiatives with product launches and campaigns, ensuring the wholesale strategy enhances our DTC-first brand experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of wholesale, sales, or distribution experience in apparel, lifestyle, or activewear.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling wholesale programs from early stages.
  • Expert in cultivating relationships and opening new accounts with retail buyers.
  • Experience managing Amazon FBA operations within a wholesale or retail environment.
  • Deep understanding of wholesale pricing structures, retail math, and margins.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
