Job Description

This role is at the Sanford Flight Academy. It is responsible for ensuring Airport badges are issued, in compliance, and collected/returned to the Sanford Airport when employees leave the company.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for communicating information in a professional and timely manner to teams in the U.K. and the U.S. on a variety of platforms.
  • New Hire and Recurrent TSA Security Awareness Training
  • Annual TSA Audit (SFB and CRG)
  • New Hire and Annual Renewal Airport Badge Applications
  • Airport Badge Deactivation Process
  • New Hire and Annual Renewal of Airport Issued Keys
  • Airport Key Deactivation Process
  • Issuance and Collection of Acron Aviation Photo ID Badges for all employees and students
  • Issuance and Collection of Acron Aviation Access Control Cards for all students and staff
  • New Hire and terminated employee Academy Key tracking, distribution, and collection
  • Corporate Security Audit for SFB and CRG in conjunction with the Sector Security team
  • First POC for the Security Alarm system
  • POC for CCTV system
  • Security Reporting for Accreditation
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years in customer service, TSA, or regulatory operations, including aviation, flight operations, or business operations.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Efficiently and effectively utilize a computer and related software, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to handle multitasking, organization, and efficient work to accomplish daily/weekly/monthly objectives of the position and operations department.
