T Systems Developer

Physical Requirement – Pre-employment physical

Supervisory position – Position directly supervise assigned employees

Travel Requirements – Requires an active driving license and DMV check that’s clear. May require travel in the

Communities served of state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25 to 35% of the time.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the design, support, implementation, and management of LOCUS Product web based product suite. Other administrative duties apply, including, but not limited to: LOCUS Server support and maintenance, budgeting, and strategic planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Associate Degree in information technology or related field required.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing software support to end users.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting web based applications and API’s.

· Experience in implementing ADA compliant web based solutions.

· Experience programming in the following languages, C#, JSON, HTML, Classic ASP, ASP.net core, .net core, Blazor, and Javascript.

· Must possess an understanding of the Universal Data Model and be familiar with Software Design Patters.

· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures

· Experience with Visual Studio.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively on the telephone.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Duties the employee is required to perform that have a major impact on the delivery of services to our clientele:

· Providing software support to end users of the LOCUS software.

· Development and maintenance of the LOCUS we based tools.

· Development and maintenance of the LOCUS API.

· Assisting customers with LOCUS integrations.

· Certifying LOCUS customer integrations.

· Monitoring the LOCUS server infrastructure.

· Assisting with maintenance of LOCUS servers.

· Ensuring the LOCUS tools are ADA compliant and free from vulnerabilities.

· Researching and selecting the proper development tools.

· Routine testing of the LOCUS Business Continuity Plans.

· Participating in strategic planning related to the LOCUS Product.

· Development of documentation related to the software lifecycle.

· Coordinate with vendors to identify solutions and resolve issues in timely manner.

COMPETENCY EXPECTATIONS

Must demonstrate during training period, first 90 days of employment, competencies in the following areas:

1. Demonstrate an understanding of the current product code base.

2. Demonstrate an understanding of the product offerings currently deployed.

3. Develop a strategic plan for further development of the tool.

4. Resolving and documenting Help Desk Tickets

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

This position requires participation in ongoing mandatory trainings while employed. Training requirements are detailed in the Training Matrix which is maintained by the Human Resources Department. Along with their supervisor, each staff person is responsible for reviewing the Training Matrix to determine individual training requirements and completing those requirements in a timely manner.
