We are partnering with a highly respected, 100% employee-owned heavy civil contractor specializing in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) construction. They are seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team and help lead critical infrastructure projects from Texas and New Mexico all the way to Arizona. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong background in concrete work and structural concrete execution.
• Direct experience managing Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (W/WWTP) projects.
• Willingness to travel between El Paso, TX and Phoenix, AZ.
• Excellent leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, quality control, and site safety.
• Proficient with project reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities for treatment plant and civil infrastructure projects.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Manage subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and field coordination.
• Maintain detailed daily reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for internal teams.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and owners to resolve field challenges proactively.
