A commercial general contractor is hiring for a superintendent to oversee projects in Dublin, GA.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience with commercial general contracting companies required.
Experience with either healthcare or data center projects is required.
Data center or healthcare remodeling experience is preferred, but ground-up experience is also compatible.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills , especially in active or occupied environments
OSHA 30 Certification within the past 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
Solid understanding of construction methods , blueprints , and project documentation
Preferred: Familiarity with low-voltage systems , site utilities , or telecom infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
Maintain accurate daily reports , safety logs , and inspection records
Assist with material deliveries , equipment logistics , and site access planning
Track project schedule milestones and report potential delays or issues
Participate in project meetings and contribute to progress updates
Help review subcontractor scopes and ensure site safety and quality standards
Foster a respectful, safety-conscious, and productive jobsite culture
