The Accident Guys, a personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a full-time, remote Spanish Speaking Legal Assistant / Lien Negotiator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and an excellent problem solver. This role requires strong negotiation skills, great English and Spanish communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Compensation
$5.50 USD/Hour + bonus opportunities
Full Time 40 hours/week

MAC COMPUTER REQUIRED
Dual Monitor Required within 30 days of employment
2+ years of Virtual Assistant (VA) or BPO experience
2+ years of phone support experience with strong verbal communication
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a team player
Friendly and professional demeanor
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Strong time management skills
Self-starter with minimal supervision required
Driven, resilient, and eager to learn
Ability to work 7:30AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
Responsibilities:
Communicate with medical providers to confirm medical bill balances
Negotiate medical bills with providers to reduce costs
Prepare settlement breakdowns, showing original medical bills and negotiated reductions
Communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases
Client Communication in both English and Spanish.
Ensure accurate and organized records of negotiations and settlements
Provide 5-star customer service with confidence
