Responsibilities

The Spa Supervisor will seamlessly assist the Spa team in:

• Overseeing the daily operations for the spa, pool, and fitness center.
• Trains, coaches and and evaluates staff.
• Oversees the maintenance of the spa, including overall cleanliness.
• Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials, and other services provided at the spa
• Assists with retail and professional product orders.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years prior experience serving in a spa/salon facility. Preferably experience in high-end spa/salon.
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Offer a top-notch guest service to all Spa Monarch guests and work closely with the staff.
• Must be able to step in as a Manager on Duty when needed.
