Solar Consultant - Leads Provided

At Semper SolR, our Solar Consultant oversees client relationships, closes high-value deals, and guides our sales team toward success. You’ll work with qualified homeowner leads, manage your pipeline, and help develop future closers.
This is a leadership-track position designed for confident, results-driven professionals who want to grow fast in a thriving industry.
Compensation & Benefits
• Commission-Based with 6-Figure Earning Potential ($100,000–$200,000+/year)
• Leads Provided (2 days self generating)

Responsibilities:
• Meet with qualified homeowner leads (provided by the company and self generating)
• Present proposals and close contracts with professionalism and confidence
• Mentor appointment setters and junior reps
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless installations
• Track KPIs and report weekly results
• Maintain strong customer relationships through every stage
