Job Description

As a Sitecore .NET Lead, you will be a key player in the Application Development Management team to carry out application support and maintenance and minor enhancements work.

Required Skills

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT , Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis, IN, Raleigh, NC, Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 5 years of development experience on Sitecore.
• A highly skilled Sitecore Developer with good .NET and SQL database experience is required.
• Good Understanding on UI development and responsive web design with good knowledge on Azure PaaS/SaaS hosting architectures.
• Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
• Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications.
• Work as a member of development & support teams with hands-on programming, design and troubleshooting skills.
• Mentor 2 to 4 team members on a need basis and technically drive them towards results
• Ability to work in global delivery model and coordination with offshore teams involved in project.

Preferred Skills:

• Sitecore Certified preferably in Sitecore 10 or 9.
• Experience on application design, file structures, coding practices, quality assurance and documentation
• Experience in SQL query tuning.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
