  • Translate briefs and trend research into compelling retail-ready concepts
  • Work closely with junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and support as they develop assets for your programs
  • Organize and manage your design timelines, reviews, and file releases to meet project deadlines
  • Present ideas internally with confidence and clarity, incorporating feedback quickly
  • Stay current on retail and design trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to your work and building trend boards and style guides
  • Review files for accuracy and quality before production
  • Build professional and captivating presentations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic or product design, ideally in the retail space
  • Strong portfolio showcasing advanced design and layout skills for consumer products
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of visual hierarchy and typography
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to production
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines, shifting priorities, and collaborating across departments
  • Experience with packaging and product development for mass retail is a plus
  • Trend forecasting experience is a big bonus
  • Ability to provide clear direction and mentorship to junior team members
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com is helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Product Design, or a related field

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 (based on experience)

Benefits:

  • Paid holidays and generous PTO
  • IRA plan with company matching
  • Health/Dental/Vision insurance, HSA
  • Hybrid work schedule (in-office & remote flexibility)
  • Family-owned, entrepreneurial team culture
