We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to be a leader in our Seattle office and play a pivotal role in shaping its growth and success.

Role Overview

As the Senior Geotechnical Engineer , you will be responsible for:

  • Leading geotechnical investigations , analysis, and design for projects.
  • Collaborating with internal R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge geotechnical solutions into project delivery.
  • Managing client relationships, project budgets, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Supporting business development efforts and expanding our presence in the western U.S. market.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead on complex geotechnical engineering projects.
  • Oversee field investigations , laboratory testing programs, and geotechnical analysis.
  • Prepare and review technical reports , proposals, and construction recommendations.
  • Coordinate with structural, civil, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • PE license required; Washington PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Proven experience in Geotechnical Projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
