An Insight Global customer is hiring a Senior Business Analyst. The Sr Business Analyst will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications that are easily understood by development teams and stakeholders across the Michigan State MSP department. This role requires onsite presence two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with occasional flexibility to work onsite up to five days a week depending on business needs. Every candidate should be comfortable with this level of flexibility. Candidates must demonstrate a persistent mindset, as they will work closely with product owners. It’s essential that they consistently ask ‘why’ and seek clarity, rather than simply accepting information they hear.
