Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Systems Designer to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated electronic security systems for a variety of facilities and infrastructure types. This role combines technical expertise with project leadership, requiring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing integrated security solutions that meet both operational needs and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, perimeter protection, and networked security systems
• Perform site assessments , risk analysis, and security audits to inform design strategies
• Develop and review detailed security system drawings (CAD/Revit), schematics , and technical documentation
• Create technical specifications , scope of work (SOW) , and bill of materials (BOM)
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, IT professionals, and construction teams during design and implementation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., UL, NFPA, BICSI, SIA) and regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor junior designers and support staff
• Support bid responses, RFPs, and project proposals with technical input
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and threats in physical and electronic security
