Customer Service Representative – Seasonal Temp

Join a globally recognized athleisure brand committed to wellness, style, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic customer care team this fall.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure every customer receives an excellent experience. Your focus will be on resolving order-related issues efficiently and accurately while contributing to the overall success of the CS Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media when needed
  • Place replacement orders for customers as needed
  • Issue store credits and refunds
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to resolve address discrepancies and ensure smooth delivery
  • Investigate problematic returns and lost parcels with carriers
  • Provide customers with detailed product information, including sizing, materials, and care instructions
  • Commit to achieving productivity and quality targets
  • Provide personalized, memorable experiences to every customer
  • Report trends or escalated issues to management

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in customer care or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with empathy and customer-focused mindset
  • Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Basic selling skills a plus
  • Passion for fashion and wellness
  • Experience with Excel and data entry
  • Experience with Zendesk, Gladly, Loop Returns, Global E, Shopify, Kustomer, or NetSuite is preferred
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and/or rotating shifts

Schedule & Headcount:

We have open temporary positions across the following shifts:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

Start Date/Duration:

Group 1: October 6th-Jan 15th

Group 2: October 20th-Jan 31st

Rate: $20/per hour (non-negotiable)

Location:

Candidates must be local to Los Angeles, CA 90040; out-of-state applicants will not be considered. While this role is fully remote, you will be required to pick up and drop off equipment at their HQ and complete training on-site.
