Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented  Sales Associate to join our growing team. This critical role is responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales cycle by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Head of Business Development, and the Director of Marketing to generate sales-qualified leads and secure introductory meetings, contributing directly to the company's growth. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential new clients within target industries (luxury lifestyle goods, watches and jewelry, liquor, specialty retail, etc.) through various channels, including online research, industry databases, social media, and professional networking. 
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential leads through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to introduce Pac Team Group's services and value proposition. 
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospective customers' needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT), ensuring they align with Pac Team Group's ideal client profile. 
  • Scheduling: Successfully schedule and confirm high-quality  sales-qualified meetings for the Head of Business Development and CEO. 
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain all prospecting activities, lead information, and communication in  Apollo.io .
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities to refine prospecting strategies. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Business Development to align target accounts, messaging, and sales strategies. 
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and meetings booked. 
  • Sales Support:  Assist the CEO and Head of Business Development with various administrative and sales support tasks as needed, such as preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or sales coordination role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in luxury goods & apparel, manufacturing, or design-build industries is a plus. 
  • Proven track record of successfully generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify prospects. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
