Pay Range: $40 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Shift: Evening Shift
• Provide support and act in conjunction with the Nurse Manager for the Neuro ICU.
• Mentor staff and assist in their professional development, coaching, and counseling.
• Uphold clinical and service excellence, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Engage staff in shared governance and decision-making processes.
• Assist in managing human and material resources, supporting fiscal goals.
• Represent the unit positively within the professional community and organization.
• Promote evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Registered Nurse (RN), RN Acute Care, Critical Care/ICU Experience, Leadership/Charge Nurse Experience
• Licensure: Current Georgia RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's in Nursing (MSN) preferred. (If Bachelor's is not in nursing, MSN must be from an accredited nursing school).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical RN experience, preferably in an acute care/critical care setting.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire. National certification in nursing administration preferred upon hire.
• Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated leadership, mentorship abilities, and a desire to grow in nursing management. Understanding of healthcare operations, finance, and quality/safety standards.
