Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and support patient care.
• Engage patients and families in education, care planning, and ongoing updates.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation.
• Promote a supportive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
• Participate in ongoing performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Serve as a resource, preceptor, or mentor to new or developing team members when needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active RN license (single state or compact).
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Previous direct patient care experience. GI experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed and responsive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
