Pay Range: $43 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplary Patient Care
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practice.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that reflects cultural sensitivity and population-specific needs.
• Provide clear communication, patient updates, and bedside shift reports to support patient and family engagement.
• Teamwork & Collaboration
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care in alignment with organizational care delivery models.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including providers, case managers, and support staff.
• Participate in team meetings, rounds, case reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Professional Growth & Development
• Complete all competency assessments, mandatory education, and population-specific training.
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor to support the development of new nurses and students.
• Maintain professionalism, accountability, and high standards of practice.
• Evidence-Based Practice & Research
• Promote evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement, and contribute to care evaluations.
• Consult with experts and utilize resources to evaluate clinical questions and improve patient outcomes.
• Resource Management
• Plan proactively for patient care needs across the continuum.
• Support protocol development, reduce avoidable days, and promote efficient use of resources.
• Comply with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license (GA or Compact)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, time management, and adaptability
• Ability to function effectively in a rapid, changing environment
