Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Morristown NJ 07960

Duration: 12 months

Pay rate : $ 18-19/hr. on w2

Hours: M-F 8-4

Summary:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed.

Team Overview: Part of a team

Resource's typical working day:

• Calling in a repair, dishwasher is broken
• Need to be able to have someone respond to those requests in a positive way
• Very people facing
• Team player
• Working with security guard
• Greeting visitors and guests, making sure they are liaised with the correct team
• Visitor management system
• Managing request tracker system, small items to bigger items
• Health and safety, complete any checks, any repairs that need to go through the landlord
• Heavily coordinating between landlords

Must Have Skills:

• Has computer and technical and someone who is really willing to learn. Hospitality focused
• should be personable
• Very hospitality focused
• Very proficient in emails
• Good with communication both verbal and written

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in procurement
• Ideally handling purchase orders, cross checking items that are delivered
