Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one experienced full-time Project Manager/Facility Director to join our team as part of the State College Commercial Division. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate commercial renovation projects of varying scope and scale, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Property Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of commercial office buildings, including vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and tenant relations.
  • Multitasking Excellence: Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Reliability & Follow-Through: Demonstrate punctuality and strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work Hours: This is a salaried role; occasional overtime may be required based on project demands.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in commercial property management and renovation projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

  • Prior Project Management or Facility Management experience required.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
