SUMMARY
As a Project Controls / Scheduler, this position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and cost control systems for marine, heavy civil, and/or railroad construction projects. This role provides accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and data-driven insights to ensure project execution aligns with contractual milestones, budget targets, and operational objectives. The Project Controls/Scheduler works closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and field leadership to proactively identify risks, mitigate delays, and support successful project delivery through disciplined planning, reporting, and controls.
