Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Production Manager for our Miami, FL location. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality wood flooring products. Responsibilities include managing supply chain and inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting production issues, quality control, and collaborating with the design and installation teams to meet project requirements.
