What You'll Do

Responsibilities will match your experience, and you'll generally:

• Support key tasks throughout the preconstruction phase, or
• Lead full preconstruction efforts with ownership and confidence

This includes collaborating with operations, trade partners, and clients to build clear, accurate, and predictable projects before they ever break ground.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and conceptual estimates
• Developing budgets from early design through contract
• Soliciting, leveling, and analyzing subcontractor bids
• Identifying scope gaps, risks, and value opportunities
• Participating in design-assist and value engineering efforts
• Supporting schedule development and cost phasing
• Assisting with buyout strategy and turnover to operations
