Policy Issuance Analyst

Job Spec

Mosaic is looking for a Policy Issuance Analyst to join our US Policy Issuance team. This position is responsible for assisting the Policy Issuance Operations Lead run day-to-day policy issuance operations for multiple US product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance to offshore policy issuance team in the processing of policies, endorsements and invoices
• Assist in managing performance of offshore operations as relates to service-level agreements, delivery, issue resolution, audits and quality
• Perform high degree and count of quality checks according to contractual metrics
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
• Analyze policy forms for proper interpretation, attachment rules, policy construction, etc
• Manage tasks and assignments to processors in a proprietary workflow tool
• Take direction from Policy Issuance Operations Lead for tasks, projects, change management, response to increased business flow, performance management, etc
• Participate in projects to improve/automate operations, acting as subject matter expert for policy issuance
• Complete adhoc activities as assigned

Experience, Qualifications and Professional Skills

• Five years of operational experience on policy issuance
• Strong use of computer software, including all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, etc)
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to train and mentor offshore processors
• Ability to communicate effectively with underwriters, brokers, compliance, ops management, both onshore and offshore
